Welcome to a voyage of discovery along the coast of Småland - Öland, along the historic seafarers' route.  Follow the track of Waldemar, King of Denmark Bishop Thorkil recorded the track of this voyage in a 13th century document. It follows the east coast from Blekinge (at that time Danish), through åland and Finland as far as Tallinn in Estonia. Today we can still experience reminders of that voyage all along its route, whether as ruins, houses or villages. Come and rediscover the route of the voyage for yourself. |
